I flew all the way from Hawaii to see this girl blow out her birthday candles. Oh my Veronica, I can’t get over how big you’ve grown. What are those people in Texas feeding you.

For Christmas every year all the kids and grandkids always make it back home.  It’s been a few months since I’ve seen my grandchildren so I couldn’t tell you how excited I was.  Veronica’s gotten so big since I’ve seen her last.  I swear she must of grown at least an inch.  Here are a few photos I’ve snapped of her.  I especially like the one of her and Raphael, I think she’s got a little crush on him.

While Kola and Jacklyn went to Spain grandpa and I got to play babysitter. Bath time was lots of fun. Grandpa made them take a bath together to save time because he wanted to watch the news. I think this was a bad idea because the kids ended up playing battleship with their bath toys and grandpa asked me to take over.

My baby is now in her “I’m so adorable cause I have chubby cheeks” phase.  She’s so adorable, and I can’t stop kissing those soft cheeks.

I think more food ended up on her face than in her tummy.  She’s a sucker for chocolate.

I was so nervous when she got in the pool, but she loved it.  She’s going to be an olympic swimmer I think.  She spent 2 hours in the pool…just swimming from end to end.  I guess I don’t have to worry anymore.

I just took a couple of cute photos of the family.  We just hung out today watching tv and napping.  It was nice.
